Service 001 · I already bought it

Parcel forwarding for purchases that need a route.

Your seller sends an eligible purchase to our shared receiving address. We identify it, handle it as agreed, and arrange onward delivery once you approve the option.

For a purchase you have already made

Use this service when you can complete the order yourself but the seller cannot deliver to your destination. Before ordering, contact us with the store, product and destination. We will confirm whether the route is practical and provide the receiving details needed for your order.

Shared receiving point, clear identification. We do not issue individual customer addresses. The order information you provide allows us to match an arrival to you.

What happens next

A measured handover, not an automated relay.

  1. 01

    Confirm before ordering

Share the merchant, product and destination so we can check the proposed route and explain what to include with your order.

  2. 02

    We receive and identify

When the parcel arrives, we match it using the details you supplied and let you know the next practical step.

  3. 03

    Approve forwarding

We confirm the available shipping option and any agreed handling. Dispatch happens only after the relevant approval.

Handling, when useful

Choose only the work your purchase needs.

Check and photograph

Inspection or photographs can be requested where appropriate, so you can make a more informed decision before forwarding.

Prepare several parcels

Consolidation may be suitable for eligible arrivals. We discuss the practical implications before proceeding.

Repack or split

Repacking or splitting can be considered when a parcel, product and route make it appropriate. These are handling instructions, not automatic steps.

Important considerations

Acceptance depends on the merchant, product, carrier and destination. Some goods, seller terms or transport rules can make a route unsuitable. We do not guarantee retailer acceptance, delivery times, customs outcomes or a particular shipping cost. Raising the question before ordering gives everyone a clearer starting point.

Common routes

Where forwarding may help.

Hungary to the EU

A local seller can send the purchase to our receiving point, but not to your EU destination.

Hungary worldwide

An eligible Hungarian purchase needs a practical onward route beyond Europe.

EU to EU or suitable non-EU to EU

A merchant can reach the receiving point but not the final destination. Each product and route is assessed first.

What we need from you

The store, product, order status, customer details requested for identification, and final destination.

Optional handling

Inspection, photography, consolidation, repacking or splitting may be agreed when suitable.

Good to know

Restrictions, retailer policies, carrier rules and customs can make a route unsuitable. Contact us before ordering.
