Pricing

Clear cost structure before commitment.

Each request is different. We separate the work, external charges and optional handling that are actually relevant instead of pretending every purchase has one flat price.

A job can contain several independent cost components.

Depending on the request, these may include product cost, service or assistance fee, search or shopping work, local pickup, inspection or photography, consolidation, repacking and packaging materials, splitting, outbound carrier cost, payment or currency-conversion costs, and customs, VAT, duties or destination charges.

Known information, clearly quoted

We quote the information available for the actual job as clearly as possible before commitment.

Changes need a new decision

If the scope, seller price, parcel, carrier or handling requirement changes materially, we explain the impact and seek approval where applicable.

Some costs are external

Seller, carrier, customs, tax, payment-provider and currency charges may be external and outside our control.

Why there is no universal flat price

Carrier charges depend on the parcel and route. Customs, VAT and duties depend on the destination and goods. Local pickup and optional handling are only relevant when requested and practical. Contact us before ordering so the quoted scope reflects the work you actually need.
