Requests and information
Each enquiry is reviewed before acceptance. Customers must provide accurate customer, order, product, seller and destination information. Customers use the shared receiving address when instructed; no individual, private, virtual or assigned address is provided.
The three services
Parcel Forwarding applies when the customer already owns the goods. Online Shopping for You applies to an exact known item or listing. Personal Shopping applies to agreed sourcing or selection support. Assisted purchases and material spending require explicit customer approval; substitutions require approval.
Availability and local arrangements
Seller cooperation, product availability and a successful purchase are not guaranteed. Local pickup is considered only where agreed and practical.
Handling and forwarding
Inspection, photographs, consolidation, repacking and splitting are optional handling instructions agreed separately. Outbound shipping depends on available carriers, routes, goods and destination requirements.
Costs, customs and restrictions
Product, carrier, handling, payment, currency, customs, VAT, duties and other external costs may apply. Customers remain responsible for destination legality and importability. Restricted or prohibited goods may be refused. Delivery timing and customs outcomes are not guaranteed.
Returns and refusal
Returns depend on seller policy and the agreed scope. A request may be refused, paused or cancelled where it is unsafe, prohibited, impractical or materially uncertain.
